Wine
and Cheese Tasting!
Please
join us Sunday June 29th from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM for our
second event in this tasting series. This event was cancelled
last month due to the tornado so we are going back to Spain
for the wines and cheeses! The cost in $25 per person and we
will have 4 wines and 4 cheeses, click

Chef Jason
Shaeffer and grape guru, Todd Hinton share their knowledge of
these Spanish beauties. We are changing it up with a little
bit with stations to taste the wines and cheeses.

la Carte Dinner on Sundays, Chef's Tasting Menu +
Wine
We
are excited to announce that the full regular a la carte menu
is being offered for dinner on Sunday nights. The Sunday Prix
Fixe is no longer available. We are offering a shortened
Chef's tasting menu of 3 courses for $38 (normally 4 courses
for $57). And... for wine lovers 1/2 price on wine bottles of
$75 value or less.
Tornado
Update - Chimney Park is Opened
Hard
to believe Windsor and Northern Colorado was the host to major
tornadic activity this past May. Now, several weeks after
Windsor is getting back onto its feet and assuming a "back to
normal" status. Still, many residents and businesses remain
impacted by the tornado and will take months to resume typical
activities.
Many of our guests still call and email
concerned of the restaurant and staff. The restaurant is up
and running again. There was minimal damage to the roof. None
of our staff or guests were injured during the storm. Thank
you for your concerns within the Windsor community.

Jason Shaeffer Donates to Partners Mentoring
Youth
Impacting
the lives of Larimer County youth can take on many forms. Chef
and owner Jason Shaeffer has chosen to use his talent in the
world of fine dining to reach out and work with Partners
Mentoring Youth of Larimer County. Seeing the need for more
mentors in the community, Shaeffer decided to be an integral
part of Partners' Refer-a-Mentor Campaign. The campaign is
targeted toward Partners' current volunteers, who get their
names entered into a drawing for mentor referrals. The grand
prize? Shaeffer will pack up his cooking supplies and head to
the winner's house to prepare a customized meal for them and
up to five friends. It's yet another way that he has chosen to
use his passion for cooking to further impact the community
around him. "I enjoy contributing to an organization
dedicated to helping youth by impacting their lives with
positive experiences and influences."
